@MrStrongmuscle that is not quite true. Arturo Posnasky & Carlos Ponce Sanjines archaelogists did a lot to promoto and investigate Tiwanaku and Puma Punku. The main problems was that Bolivia a poor small country was managed but stupid military brutal dictators and they ransacked the threasury, without funds u cannt do much. It is like asking the US president to erradicate cocaine use with disastrous results.
@MrStrongmuscle there are 35,000 archaelogical sites to be uncovered or studied in Bolivia. Funding and know how is badly needed but as u can see Bolivia is ridden by political demostrations and unrest and upheavel. In spite of that, a lot of progress have been uncovered.

In due time a lawsuite will allow for the monolith to be return and monetary compensation will be secure from the offending museum. At the bottom of the lake, walls made by men have been found, I happen to have a photo of those walls as well.
