this guys nose bled because he has to push his voice out and he kinda how u say it in english he had to maintain such tension on his throat that made his face pressured and it pulled a vein in his nose, it is pretty common for "starter" singers. But he also can have sum sort of disease like my sisters kids, their blood has so little amount of iron in it so it is not si thick as ours so it bleeds out from tension and heat... Whoa there is lots o words in here :D
