wow, that sucks. There are only four screws to take out and unhook the battery. If you can kick it and no alarm sounds, then you can definitely unscrew four screws.
since the aa930 is made for cars, have you noticed it drains your scooter battery bad? it requires 5ah and my battery is 9ah, im afraid of draining it though over night. Please advise :)
it doesnt drain the battery at all that ive noticed. a guy said he left his armed for a week and it was fine.
rain does mess it up so i waterproofed my new one with a plastic bag ;) but i had to ride all the way home (5 miles) with my alarm going off and the battery was still fine.
the low beams are 35w (x2) and i have foglights (55w x2)....so thats 180w drawn from the battery :\ thats too much so i wired in a switch so i can turn off the headlights...the alarm is the least of my worries.
hahaha so you rode home with your alarm going off for 5 miles and nobody stopped you? xD i might want to reconsider the alarm thing since it didnt bother anyone to stop you LOL lets just hope the burglar lives 6 miles away! perhaps that extra mile will make somebody stop him hahaha
i have the audiovox Rampage one for my truck, It takes something like 5 seconds for it to turn on after you arm it. On mine you can also adjust how sensitive it is so if someone pops a window it goes off, it doesnt wait for voltage sencing. mine was only like $20 and is so loud it sends poeple running pretty damn fast!
mines adjustable too and ive got it as sensitive as it gets. and yeah, it takes 5 seconds to arm..thats why i had to kick the wheel a 2nd time in the video.
