If anyone here is having problems paying on a mortgage, they could file a common law lien on that property stating principal paid plus life experience value; this lien must be satisfied before foreclosure or a commercial lien can be put in place!

Some asshole came to my house to re-key it and take the property back for the bank. I held a gun at the guy and called the cops. The jerk failed to have any documentation with him and the cops arrested him for trespassing. Law requires a 21 day notice from the lender. There wasn't one. I lawyered up and the bank is re-terming my loan. payment dropped by 600 a month. FIXED for 40 yrs. I will sell in 5 when market is back up.

I just went into foreclosure. I hired an attorney and paid an upfront fee of $3000 to do a loan modification. 6 months later, I am in foreclosure because they never did anything. They didn't send over the information that I gave them, hardshhip letter, bank statements, payment stubs until AFTER I found out I was in foreclosure. I'm screwed.

Well, I had a meeting with him and we both talked to my mortgage company. We were able to work things out. Too bad it cost me $3000. I should have waited because Obama came up with a plan to force the mortgage companies to work with people. So I still have my big beautiful house. The one you can't afford..ahahahahah

It is a tragedy to think that home is yours, its belong to the bank. The minute you lose your job, which is highly and likely, the bank will take it back. I hope Obama can help you to support your irresponsible behavior. when hyperinflation kicks in and everything is expensive you'll be glad you have your "home" (I liketo call it liability).
