yes it is definitely her voice. Exactly the same on cd from polydor and also at an later age, near 36-38 when she sing live, be it from chinese to japanese, her voice sounded like this. I guess either she change her way of singing or that she has lost much of her health hence affected her voice. It was said by TT's brother that her health does deteriorate greatly due to her bf, Paul, smoking habits, hence this result and probably explain why her voice is like this.

@6084teresa It's TT voice but it is sung probably in her late 80's or early 90's. Her voice was then already losing strength probably caused by her astmatic illness.

Benbow, yes this is the original recording. The vocals have been adjusted, because as you can see from the beginning of the clip, that this is for karaoke. Apparently they could not take the vocals out completely, so instead, they toned it down.

This is one of my favourite. It was definately sung by Teresa.

The sound in his video seems not coming from Teresa Teng. This is my personal feeling. It does not have the original tendness and softness that Teresa has. Although it is very similar. I wonder whether the Taraoke company used other singer's voice to make that DVD song.
