WHOA! I just read you learned it by EAR on the blog! That must of hurt! HAh... Anyway, nice going. You should have hooked up the keyboard to a midi interface and had someone who knew the software to record it for you to print out thru MAC Software! Arrangements can be big money with the right licencing from Horner. Has he contacted you? Check on it... He could have you do that and BOTH of you get paid, of course he would get the Lion's Share.

Thanks for the compliments. I would do arrangements with midi software and such, but it's a little more complicated than just playing and letting the computer notate. For one thing, I'm really bad at keeping tempo. I just have a kind of "free" style of playing and lack professional training.

I really don't care a whole lot for making money off playing music. I mean, it IS nice sometimes when I get tips at restaurants, but I enjoy music more as just a hobby.

I don't play as well as you, but would like to try and learn it to play it, since I heard Hayley sing it... That was really good Jeremy. I liked it very much. I'm moving again. The movers are coming on Friday but I've been moving the little stuff. My computer will be one of the last. Keep up the excellent work. Have you heard of this music workshop in Washington state? It's where you stay for about six weeks and compose music. I can't remember right off if it's film music they teach or music in general.

The key change didn't sound right to me. Maybe I'm just too used to hearing it with the vocals.

I think it's just the transition that's messed up. I know I changed to the right key though. On the CD there is a very short flute solo that precedes the change and I had trouble replicating it... There's a whole lot going on in that pick-up measure...

Yeah it's just the transition. I suppose key changes don't always transfer perfectly when there's more instrumentation on the original. I think you get away with it though :D
