I agree with you. Too many people these days rely completely on finding someone else to employ them. Good point about past history, most found a way to employ themselves. Where did we go wrong? In this tumultuous era,those that will succeed are the ones that will revert back to and understand the importance or entrepreneurship

@BMWg84 Absolutely. I agree with you. Wasn't this a nice 3 min video? I sometimes wish he would not move his hands as much, but Tom Peters clearly is a kind, passionate man so that is fine:) I had the honor of meeting Muhammad Yunus in Scotland at a Conference on Social Responsibility and he was wonderful. His idea is truly amazing.
