This game is shit. First, I hope you like grenades and the German SMG, because you will run out of ammo for the other weapons and not find any more for half the game (awful, awful game design). Second, whilst you are stuck with said shitty SMG, the zombies are firing what amount to heat seeking missiles at you (cheap as hell game design). I wanted to enjoy this game, but what can you do? It's shit.

@WUZLE I dont agree. First of all it is realistic. Should you be finding ammo for American weapons in Nazi occupied places? and you can dodge the things the zombies shoot at you. Try Strafing. Its not that hard.....

Typical ID Software games do not transfer any health, ammo, weapons, and armor when you beat the game. They usually have cheats you can use at any time. So, you could beat the game, and start over using cheats to get everything.

1:in minute 1:10 , you can hear a breath of the monster behind the cage door.

2: when helga takes the dagger, you can hear her screaming and also the monster voice at the same time, so it means that helga is being murdered, not changing to a monster.

3: when you kill the monster, he breaks into bones, and when you go return the dagger, you see helga remains in a different place.

you must be blind to not watch the intro, you need more proves???

My tactic is surely the safest one. 1st i set up the dynamites and shoot them when that thing is on them. Then i flee back into the hole you come from. Then i just shoot it with thompson and when it comes too close or starts making those spirits, i flee back. Sometimes it gets stuck on the wall and i can just shoot it without taking a damage

Ever video comment i've read. has something to do with us being young 3,4,5,6,7,8 whatever. its just wow this game just brings back memories for everyone. i remember when my dad was at work and he played it all the time. and i was home with my mom. and i was around 6 at the time and i was still at the levels in egypt (only for ps2) and i said mommy i really want to play but if i go outside they'll kill me! man i love this game.

After I died a few times, my strategy was to use all 5 dynamite packs.

I went once, got his attention, while he was coming towards me, I'd set the dynamite. Went back, waited a while, went back again, same drill.

I always died trying to face him. :p

You made that look way easier than it really is. What you didn't show was how the big... thing... could blind you and make the screen go completely black. That scared the crap out of me the first time that happened and I didn't know why :P

yes-yer right..it doesnt fly-it leaps...with pointy electirc things...the panzerfuast is your first best bet-but then, if it gets too close..youre doomed..so, basically..you are forced to kinda just burn through 800 rounds from the minigun...and hope for the best..often theres a glitch or a trick where they just sit there and take it though...(like if they are sitting around a corner..and cant actually SEE you, you can take pot shots at them with the sniper, N slowly turn out their lights..;)

I know a better way, a safer one. Save dynamites for the Big Guy, and when he comes out, hide yourself behind a hole in the wall (the hole you come through from the underground). The Big Guy will wait for you in the ruines. Head out and throw those dynamites at him, and hide again. When you're out of dynamites, use grenades.

Right after killing Olaric, the player must go in Olaric's tomb. As you enter, you can see Helga's body ripped off. Olaric killed her after touching the Dagger. Most players think that Helga has been transformed into a monster, but it isn't true. Check the map and you'll see what I'm talking about.

For me he was easiest...I have slow computer, and in later missionsi was soooo much "laggy"... uber soldat killed me about twenty times... this one killed me just once... and heinrich was absolutely fucked up... i saw justhow my life is going...100 - 64 - 45 - 21 - 2 - 0 - about one frame per two seconds - i din't defeat him =/
