It is really ALL depending on you.

I am not saying it is easy, nor that it is common, but it is actually ALL depending on the way you see things.

I think it depends on the actual situation eg if its a violent death. He doesnt say its not normal to cry out of sorrow, but out of losing something your happiness depended on.
