Oh god, the first half was good but then it started to suck. The only good actor in this film is Caleb, probably because hes serious all the time. The lines that Chase had were cliche and horrible. Suddenly Caleb and Sarah are in "love" WTF? Kate and Pogue are together? Why were they fighting about Chase and how Pogue didn't want her to hang around with him? Yep, I got he has power but they didn't portray these "relationships" well at all. Also, suddenly the drama happens in the 2nd half... ha!

You're talking about relationships being developed...the movie has nothing to do with that..it's all about a covenant that was formed during the witch hunt and how in the present day, one guy from the family who went against that covenant decided to still carrying on with what his past relatives did..which was, going against the covenant/pact that was made, to do things their own way(which is, to get more power)

@MrDamnSHt (cont) BF/GF relationships had nothing to do with it...it's all just side story..like side quests in a game(has nothing to do with the game at all and should not be used to judge the game, unless you depend highly on side questing for you to enjoy it)..so if you enjoy a movie for "relationships"..go watch twilight...this movie is all about the action and supernatural. NOBODY went to watch this movie for a BF/GF scene. Story and scenes were well developed to me and many others.

I watched this tonight (26 Jan 2012) on the CW network.I thought it was the premiere of a new series.Thank God it is not a new series.This movie sucks chicken shit through a donkey dick straw!
