I remeber not too long ago when pretty much no one had heard of Grey Daze. This was like the only video that I could find of (live) Grey Daze.

The Band was working on Meteora back then, and as my interest for LP increased, I made a little research on the members. It didn't take long until I discovered the music of GD. So I kinda grew up with both of the bands :) And I loved them both. LP...not so much anymore. Minutes to Midnight ruined it for me :/ What's ur story?

@keroshizoo I think it's rather similar to yours just a bit later on in time, maybe 2009 or 2010. Except I would say I knew about LP a lot longer than I knew GD - it took me quite a while to find out about them. I have to say now I like Grey Daze better, most of the LP stuff now is crap. The GD stuff has so much more emotion and it's just better music. Also, no need to be sotry it was my fault, I just read the comment the wrong way. :)

Chester was really badly on drugs here :\ which is what affects him to this day.. it's a shame really.. but the early LP years were his best days. He still has an amzing voice here.. and always has done. He just can't deliver as well as he used to be able to though :\ still, i love it

@AntDil19 Yeah from an old interview he mentioned that at his worst, he would take 11 hits of acid, few hits of meth/cocaine together and would just sit there and freak out and then take opium to ease it at the end of the high. And he did that a few times a day and he weighed 110 lbs =\ Poor guy's been through a lot.

This was before the Wake Me album came out, so this is an early version of the song before they refined it. This performance got a good enough response that they decided to put it on the album, otherwise they probably would have put either Commit or Come On on the album instead.
