This singer was most talked about in this ESC not because of the song but because of her clothes. It was really an innovation at that time having that skirt and the necklass the way she had. I remember that Portugal hired some very unusual stylist from Paris to create this custom. She got famous because she was the first singer in ESC wearing boots and a skirt. looool.
