What would be the day to day split for these three workouts? Monday, Wednesday, Friday with cardio on Tues, Thursday? Just curious. If he said it I missed it.

your about that, but i think its more of a bulking and cutting workout.

@chubbymedic1 well this video has three parts. The first is strength the second is more "bulking" and the third part is about defining.
