Four years later I lost my Grandma JoAnne, she raised me since I was four. I had never known my mother and barely knew my father. Febuary 27 is going to be the one year mark that she is gone. I miss and loved her dearly and everything I do does not feel the same.

Although I am lucky I still have my Nan, but she lives in Pennsylvania and I live in Arizona so I don't get to see her. When we talk on the phone, because of her Alzheimer's she will repeat things every 5 minutes.. or wants to go because she has a short attention span.

She's happy where she is now, with her parents, siblings, husband, and her son who is also my father.

i love this song and i still have my grandmother but i love he so much and she has always been there for me so i still cry when i hear this song..i dont know what i would do without my grandmother :(

my nana was my best friend and like my mom..she was the only person in this world that i adored and loved so much..i will not ever be able to get close to anyone again..sumtimes i gt upset at god for taking her or more like how she had to die..it was uncalled for..thts one of the reasons y i cnt go to church rite nw..I LOVE U NANA RUTH!!!..:)

This song is absolutely beautiful. I grew up one house up the street from my Nana and she was the most amazing lady to ever live. If I needed ANYTHING she was there, if I was hiding out from my parents she'd cover for me, I could always count on her for anything. She passed away in August 2011 holding my hand, she went peacefully. Heaven got the most amazing lady that day, take good care of her. She's happy where she is now, with her parents, siblings, husband, and her son who is also my father.

my great grandmother died 2 years ago. her name was dorathy. my sister sang this at her funeral. i never really got to know her. but i knew i loved her dearly. my angel now, in the strong safty of thr lord.

I lost my grandmother 7 days after my birthday on December 27th 2007...she was my best friend and it's still hard every day to not pick up the phone and call her and to not have her at my wedding. I was going to play this song after our pastor talked about the Memory candle but I wouldn't have been able to go on with the ceramony without crying. I love you and miss you so much grandma.

i have lost my grandparents !! i didnt even get to meet my grandma :( i wasnt born and she died of cancer . . and it kills me knowing that i have missed out on meeting such a wonderful and loving woman , who made sure everyone was looked after and fed before she was !! :'( i just wish i had one chance to see her and meet her , that would mean so much to me . .

I didnt lose my grandparents yet. But i know they have a time.. but when i listen to this song i still feel my memaw and pepaw right there by my side NO matter what! This is one touching song.. I love this song.. and everyone who lost their grandparents im soo sorry for your lost!!
