Don't worry about not having a boyfriend! I'm the same age and I just started the whole dating thing and it's fun but you certainly don't need it to be happy :) If you really want a boyfriend you just need to put yourself out there! To CritChris: I have never been a fan of kissing! I really don't like saliva so it really makes me uncomfortable, even though Chris has good advice because it could just be that you had a bad kiss, but I can assure you that even if you never like kissing on the mouth there's lots of other nice ways to have intimacy, hugs, kisses on the cheek, neck, massages, hand holding etc. There's no reason to worry that you can't have a normal relationship that doesn't include an excess of spit swapping.

@apology89 Hey there! I'm 19 and I have worked at a vet clinic after school for about 3 years, i'm not a vet, just a dog walked but I have a lot of experience! If he really only has an eye infection and a runny nose, they will not suggest putting him to sleep! You should definitely bring him in to see a vet because they will most likely give him medicine and he will feel much better! Also, a vet clinic can never make you put an animal to sleep, it is always the owner's decision!

I met my current boyfriend through online friends. They were friends in real life. We started having feelings for each other, and after a few months of the feelings, he finally told me. Eventually wet met (he came here first, my mom was involved to make sure it was safe, etc) and we have been dating for nearly a year (Feb18th), making back and fourth trips. If this guy is saying he wants to ignore the feelings, don't go through the trouble of a long distance relationship. Trust me lol.

To mexonly. I am in a similar situation. My boyfriend & I didn't start out as a hook up but I really didn't expect much, yet we've now been dating for a One year & 3 months. My boyfriend doesn't ever talk to me much either except for when I'm with him he also treats me very affectionately when we are together. So I really don't think you should worry. My relationship with my boy is great even though we don't talk much other than when we see each other on weekends. Hope my advice is decent *hug*

To CritChris: I have never been a fan of kissing! I really don't like saliva so it really makes me uncomfortable, even though Chris has good advice because it could just be that you had a bad kiss, but I can assure you that even if you never like kissing on the mouth there's lots of other nice ways to have intimacy, hugs, kisses on the cheek, neck, massages, hand holding etc. There's no reason to worry that you can't have a normal relationship that doesn't include an excess of spit swapping.

@apology89 Hey there! I'm 19 and I have worked at a vet clinic after school for about 3 years, i'm not a vet, just a dog walked but I have a lot of experience! If he really only has an eye infection and a runny nose, they will not suggest putting him to sleep! You should definitely bring him in to see a vet because they will most likely give him medicine and he will feel much better! Also, a vet clinic can never make you put an animal to sleep, it is always the owner's decision!

DB, i moved into a new town recently. i have been going to the since my freshman year and im a sophomore now. i have made some great friends but its a very close minded community. i feel like im the only open minded person.
