Yes. The lightly modified 400 engine puts out only 35 horsepower so it's certainly not a cruiser. But I do a fair amount of highway riding and modified the bike by lowering the frame, installing alloy clipon bars, a larger rear tire, and gearing it higher. So keeping in the slower lanes at 70mph and under it does just fine without stressing the engine. The bike now has over 25,000 miles on it with absolutely no mechanical issues.
