@amoghthegamer It's referring to RAM. Memory is RAM, storage is hard disk space. Also, what's wrong with 350TB of storage on the servers themselves? Any VM cluster worth it's salt (and not being a demo setup) will have a fibre channel SAN for actual storage. From the specs they gave, I can assume each ESX server has one 500GB hard drive in it.

You're probably talking about the cable management. The GETO team came up with black ladder rack - like you would find in any datacenter, except black. The vertical pipes support it all. There was some custom metalwork done for the bases. The idea was to keep all the cables organized and out of the way.
