@AZNKC as I recall from one of the old school Justice League of America cartoons in one episode Lex did swap places with Hal Jordan to became the GL, from what I also understand Hal wasn't the only option to be GL at the time but the closest; also if Lex was GL well they say power corrupts and he already is corrupt to a degree so I don't think Lex would be capable of being a GL. as to Batman not being GL that would just make him way too overpowered, but it would be interesting to see a GL Batman
