Couple things...

Number 1, Mario Clash was not 3D. It was 2D game set on two planes, a background and a foreground.

Number 2, what do you mean no polygons? ALL 3D GAMES HAVE POLYGONS.

2. Of course. But do they show it? The starfox game on the SNES showed the polygons in plain view.
