looks good, just like the ones i catch in australia, and yes at 1:43 he is pulling out the intestines just twist the center tail, left, right then lightly pull. it is better to do it before cooking rather than pull it out while your eating lol

do u need a crayfish licences to fish crayfish oh do u now if u can go crayfishing in illinois because i would always go crab fishing in washington and i miss tat feeling of cacthign shellfish
