I've just checked on the RS Wiki, and Nightmare almost has the stats for a quest cape. He's missing 61 RC(He has 60) and it can be boosted. He has everything else.

@joelthefrog1 i aint flaming or anything, just wanted to let u know that in many of his older videos which you might have seen too he says the reason he will not get quest cape is that it requires continuous work everytime a new quest is released + many of the grandmaster and hard quests require a difficult battle or a combvat part and he stated himself hes very bad at combat. Hope this made some sense :D
