Funny, right after finishing this video I googled Ron Kirk and found an article in Voice of America News that was posted only 50 miutes ago, reporting Ron Kirk being sworn in as US Trade Representative by Vice President Biden. Congratulations Sen. Hutchison and Mr. Kirk.
