I love this video, because it shows alot of nice showcar quality civics. I just wanna give a shout out to any high school civic owner who enjoys their car and loves to drive it. Even though we cant make it the prettiest or fastest car on the road, we work shitty part time jobs to try. I love my ek, his names pablo and he has a lot of "character". I hope I will never have to sell pablo because of how good he is to me, and i hope one day I can make my ek what i've always wanted it to be.

EK's are originally sedans and hatchbacks in Japan. The coupe was originally produced in the US as EJ's or EM's.

If I am correct..u have a 96-98 civic and you want a bumper of a 99-00 civic. You have to change the whole front end to get that bumber to fit ur car. The hood, headlights, fenders, and bumber.

the only true EK's are the EK4 hatch and EK9 coupe because of the firewalls and slightly different structural differences.

well you sir are also wrong. EJ1 and EJ2 are 92-95. EJ6 is the DX civic from 96-00.

EJ7 is the HX from 96-00. EJ8 is the EX from 96-00 (for all those, coupe or sedan doesnt matter). EM1 is 99-00 SI. EK2-9 are all JDM hatchbacks. and obviously the EK9 is the type R. the USDM hatchbacks are EJ and SLOW single cam motors. i think they are EJ6 from a CX/DX 96-00 hatch.
