2k10 gameplay was a tradegy!! The first time it was released it the online modes were unplayable. It was sooo easy to get in the paint . Full of glitches etc....

@uub12 live 10 rarely had any glitches 2k10 was a disaster every game mode has a big glitch. And whether its online offline cameras skip frames. Have you ever heard of chris smoove? He sang a song about 2k10 it was sooo funny. It shows you the problems of 2k10

2k has a better frame write...better graphics better experince overall. and the jerseys actually look their color. royal blue jerseys look royal blue in 2k. not like in NBA live 10 they look sky blue. i bought nba live 10 because i didnt wanna get 2k becuz kobe is on the cover worst choice of my life. i ended up trading it in for 2K

to give ea credit they are finally looking outside the box. I play both live and 2k and both are in need of improvement. Mike Wang came back to2k so i wanna see what he brings back to 2k. Ea is using real time physics this year along with a revamped control system which sounds promising. My thing is who will deliver on their promises this year. But 1 thing im sick of is ea saying bigger and better then next thing u know proof they flame out.

i read the article on elite 11 it seems like ea is trying to do what 2k has done with player control and take it a notch higher. remember back when live had the crazy dunk controls in live 05 i think. Where u had to press a few buttons to do a dunk lets pray ea doesn't fail. because 2k has a 1up already with jordan on the cover

@oordna24 So 2k is better because Jordan is in it? That's the reason 2k10 was such a horrible game from release. People buy into the gimmicks so they don't have to correct their mistakes. I would rather just create MJ like I have for the last few years and have them put resources into improving the AI, player control/movements, and just overall gameplay. But instead, they're most likely just going to release a rehash with Jordan in the game. It's sad. EA is at least trying to improve.

@ForcelessMercenary I'm hoping that both games turn out well. The improvements for Live sound fantastic; it's what NBA games have really been missing. I just hope they do a good job with it. As far as 2k, I hope they rework their AI. I'm sick of Joakim Noah and Rondo taking 3 pointers and just the overall lack of help defense. Both games have a lot of potential; I just hope they deliver.

@HABI7A7 Before you presume that 2k is going to try and release the same game with little improvements, I suggest you read up on the previews on what 2k is and has done to make changes on the gameplay. I don't even think 2k even made any announcements or made a preview video but they certainly have been working on it. Check on IGN on 2k11 preview, you gotta read.

@joshswensoon1 2k11 is the same as 2k10. The on-court action looks and plays the same, the commentary is still awful, and the AI is as poorly programmed as ever. Unfortunately, Elite didn't make the cut this year, so I for one won't be picking up an NBA game this year.
