sir! i believe you! i been rehydrating shit growers weed for many years now. here in the UK apart from the off great grower like myself (you may find my escapades at triplebc666) many people cant store theyr grizzle, and after a while it makes the word bone dry seem WET.

i usually get about 2 inches of tissue, wet slightly, push into a little wet ball, with no drips (size of the average Pea) and place in your cure jar for about 2 hours. VOILA!

Hey Nay, quick question for you. I recently put a small piece of lettuce into a TightVac jar with a new quarter ounce I picked up that was a little dry. Since, I have notice a couple very small white spots on some of the buds, concerned its mold. Removed the spots but is it safe to smoke?

My son puts a quarter of a coffee filter over the goodies in the jar and places a piece of damp sponge about an inch square on that for around 4 to 6 hours. I'm sending the link to this vid to see what he thinks. What's your opinion on that one?

@coal4life that will work, as long as it's a new sponge, sponges have a tendency to hold mildew so make sure to microwave the sponge in a bowl of water for 5 minutes before you use it, unless it's fresh out of the pack...a Q-tip is sterile so will add no flavors you don't want

Orange(peals) work best, it seems to enhances some of the terpenes(the citrus ones). Banana's pretty good but doesn't seem to enhance the natural terpenes it just sorta adds a banana smell.

Kiwi is the WORST kiwi will make your bud smell like low grade uncured spice weed.
