cuz i think those hoses arnt that strong, there not the type they use in buildings so there not nearly as high pressure so they dont require help to handle.
all 1.5 inch lines are used for everything..structural, vehicle etc fires... the only time pressure is changed is while changed by the pump man on the truck.. these guys should have backups.
They are the same 1.5" lines used in buildings and are being pumped at the same pressure. One guy should be able to control a line though. Not just on a car fire, but in a building fire as well.
its a beautiful day in the neighborhood.... WTF OMG TROLLEY!!!!

Those are "buses", not "trolleys". Burn all of them! Long live the real trackless trolleybuses and streetcars!

i guess the pressure was low enough for 1 person to handle, seems like they had it handled pretty well.

i suppose it seems that way

how many units does DCFD send to these types of incidents?

That's no trolley, it's a bus in disguise of a trolley. The real thing can be found not too far away at the National Capitol Trolley Museum.

This was an imitation tram powered by gas. It is not a trolleybus powered by overhead electric wires.

Actually powered by Propane
