Dear publisher. Please correct me if I am wrong. After the neural tube starts to grow and close, this animation shows the outer cells (epiblast) closing on top of the neural tube. However, I believe that this is the opposite of what happens. The neural tube represents the ectoderm, below is the mesoderm and bellow is the endoderm. If the folding happens the way it is shown in this video we would be inside out, with endoderm, then the mesoderm, covering the ectoderm in the inside.
