I don't think the controller is original to the elevator. It was probably replaced with a non-proprietary controller (Vertitron, MCE, GALaxy, etc.), which would explain the PI not being ahead of the elevator.

Not bad for a Schindler. I see at 2:04 two #2 buttons. One with a star and one without! Eventhough that Schindler has an office here in the U.S., but they are headquarted in Switzerland.
