I must say that the Persian rice is the best! I made a recipe for Persian saffron rice and it was prepared in a totally different way that I cook rice, but when it was done - it was delicious and almost like feathers, you could take a spoonful and with a breath launch it off your palm, that is how light it was..fantastic.

If you go to a restaurant in teheran & the rice is not like that, the restaurant will be empty, but anyway it could not be possible, i've turned the question to N.S.E.W & it's not possible such a thing,if you don't make the rice that way you will kill your self or others will do in Iran!!!!Thanks for loving our food!!!
