If you really love your vinyl then you should love serato! get the wax clean, needle clean, and record it,, then put that cherished vinyl back in the crate where it is safe. guarenteed skip free play, no crate luging, vinyl preserved,, what vinyl junkie doesnt like that,,, i gave in when serato made the SL3 last year,,,, and luvit

who cares if theyre using vinyls or not, all that matters is the sound they produce...& besides everything changes over time mostly to make thigns easier for us technologically advancing humans, may require more skill but..ultimately it doesnt mean anything if it doesnt sound good

@peterwo2e I would say if you are just starting out, go ahead and invest on the latest and greatest that will let you carry less. I agree with you on that point. However, for old f-a-r-t-s like us, we have room full of vinyls to choose from.

@jellyd0nut ppl use serato cuz its less of a hassel, you dont have to carry aroud vinyls everywhere, and just use two vinyls the whole time, im a vinyl user but serato is really helpfull
