I sat down quietly and closed my eyes to llisten to it, when finished I took my blood pressure and it had risen considerably144/100 with a pulse rate at 89. It was at 138/97, pulse 96 before the listen. Those numbers are way high considering that since 2003 the Joint National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Pressure anything above 120/80 mm/Hg is high BP.
