The rim is not lowered. If you would think about the size of college size athletes who are already 6+ feet tall that is more than half of the way to the rim at regulation size. With the arms extended its like another 2 and a half feet. Basically anyone above 6'3" will only have to jump the remaining 2 feet max. I know this because I'm a HS point guard at 6'2" and dunking is not difficult. I just have to make up the last 20 or so inches to get to the rim.

you guys are morons.. how many gyms have you ever been to where they have a hoop that you can lower down to 9 feet? NONE. The fact is that in any gym, especially a college gymnasium, the hoop is at 10 feet. The only time that you can walk into a gym and find a hoop that is not 10 feet is when the rim is bent down, which it obviously isn't in this case.

With that being said, these dunks aren't impressive anyway.
