@Karsten1111 The guy that runs this place actually is very professional, I have been going here since June and he has pushed me to/past the point of breaking both physically and mentally.  His attention to each clients needs is outstanding!!!

Even the last girl is barely putting in any technique. it's straight punches, no pivots on the feet for power, no hip turning on the kicks.... it sucks

What's with the straight kicks and horrible weak punches?? Turn your hips and give it some power. Only that last girl gave those pads some serious action.
