@rockin1953 It is a absolute FACT that Larry Lee Cheshier Sr. and his friend Glenn Sutton wrote this song and their friend Sonny Burgess (and the Pacers) sings it still. I think it is a Great song and that his son Larry Lee Cheshier Jr. sings the best versions of it that I have heard.
