@TheGuyWhoWorePants : for PC Umbra is is always at lvl50 with close to 400HP no matter which level you find her. the downside, if you manage to kill her at a lower level (takes forever) her armor is leveled. Umbra the sword isn't leveled but her armor is.

@TheGuyWhoWorePants i assume for PC Only since i've never played Oblivion for Xbox360. Umbra the person is at Level 50 and so is the sword on PC version. it is next to impossible to beat her with out hacks or lowering the difficulty to zero. since the guy in the video has daedric armor and umbra, plus he killed the Lich ghost easily, im assuming he has the difficulty really low. on normal or hard, the battle with the Lich is much more difficult.

1 this is not a secret but is in fact a quest! 2 what difficulty were you playing on sheesh I was using the strongest sword in the game perfect madness claymore (I'm not sure of the strongest in the game if you know then tell me it's not deadric) and fortifeid blade to 150 and didn't kill a lich that fast and I had a lich help me

Like i said...you have to sleep in the house,kill the ghosts,take the skeleton hand and the diary you will find then in the place of the ghosts.

Than you have to go to the tavern where the guy was who sold you the house..he is the last member of the family.

There you are told that the guy is gone to imperial city and where to find him.

He then goes back into the cellar with you and opens the door for the first time

After you slept in the house and have been attacked by ghosts you have to kill the ghosts. They will drop a skeleton hand and a diary. take the stuff, read the book. then ask in the tavern for the guy who sold you the house, than find him in the imperial city and talk to him about the curse so you and him can go back because only he can open the secret door. than you have to give the skeleton the hand back, kill the apearing monster and done

it's a beast house for it's price...the imperial city waterfront house costs more and you even need to put stuff in it! all you have to do is pay 5k and complete a quest and you get a nice mansion once it's done (fully housed)
