one time i just entered point lookout and all of a sudden it said something about big trouble in big town and it was like sparky is dead and im like wtf and when i exited out of the screen it said the brain is unconsious and im all like WTF?!?!?!

Hurr Durr....This is the PC version which allows you to use the TLC cheat which in turn allows you to go through solid objects. The brain can only be seen by using the cheat, you can't use cheats on the PS3 version of FO3 now can you?
