hes the best character but people say shit like that hes slow and all pick kilik whos allmighty and shit but nightmare has a good balance of attacks i mean u can grab servantes in the air and all kinds of stuff other charachers on the other hand aint got shit

Nightmare player knows some combos..... but thats it.

The dude is trying to use the powerfull yet slow attacks on point blank. Use some fast attacks and maybe a (ps3) double tap forward making a nice kick combo always fast enough. Just make some distance before you use powerfull attacks (btw: double tap up and triangle is a good move: Very powerfull and fast, also a good one to begin the battle.

It kinda is. If you've played the other games in the series, it kinda sucks. They really went off story in this game. Yoda, Darth Vader, The Apprentice, REALLY!!! This takes place in the 1500's, not 3050!

Well to be honest Soul Calibur has always been more about all these powerful warriors coming together to obtain the most powerful sword/s as shown in the first soul Calibur (soul blade) in the edge master mode...

So to me it doesn't really matter where or when the fighters came from... as long as they sustain the fact that this game has always been about those 3 Sword/s...

So to be honest a large story in this game would destroy its purpose...

I do beleive that Nightmare's SC2 style was actually Siegfried's style from Soulcalibur, and seeing as Nightmare became seperate from him in SC3 he gained a new style of fighting. It would make sense, I used to play well as Nightmare in SC2 and play well as Siegfried in SC3 and SC4
