Tell me about it. AFJROTC. But its also alot harder. In my JROTC unit. once a week PT with little (1 lap around bus loop) to no running. AROTC 6 mile run 3 times a week.

They are so lucky we had to do the 5 min tread and 10 min swim in our ACU's.
