Still alive today ...was born July 1934. Even at age 67 was doing 315 pounds for 6 reps on the 40-degree incline. He worked his shoulders and triceps but never did much if any bicep work. In his prime he was capable of nearly a 500 pound 40-degree incline in the mid-1960s. Carried his 300 pounds with ease on his 6 foot frame. Not a roid head like today.
