Okay, seriously this is the 100th video/article i've seen/read about WTO and people should stop referring to EU as a COUNTRY, it's not, it's a CONTINENT with many many countries in it and some of them are not really benefited by WTO. I mean I don't think Serbia or Macedonia have major corporations sucking money from the developing countries. Or do they?

What does WTO stand for? People need to put that in the titles. It's an easy google search but even easier if you put WTO (World Trade Organization) in your titles.

First, the U.S. Constitution Article I section 8 states that Congress shall have power to regulate trade....membership in the WTO violates this clause as WTO members must abide by WTO rulings.

Second , in 25 out of 30 cases, the WTO ruled that U.S. laws were illegal trade barriers, from sea turtle protections and clean air regulations to tax and antidumping policies.

Third, dumping is practiced by nations, example: China and TV's, to gain market share in countries such as the U.S.

If we cannot hold our own Congress accountable to the U.S. Constitution, who will hold the WTO accountable for its actions?

Did U.S. citizens elect WTO bureaucrats to their position of authority over U.S. law and trade?

Are WTO bureaucrats accountable to U.S. citizens?

WTO membership is unconstitutional and WTO withdrawal is necessary to enforce our Constitutional mandate that Congress shall regulate trade. A Congress that is elected by U.S. citizens.

John Meynard Keynes drafted the idea of the World Bank, IMF and WTO (Bretton Woods). The idea of the World Bank is to engage in economic development, the IMFensures financial stability and that balance of payments are on track and the WTO is to promote freetrade among the countries of the world. It needs to be ensured that these institutions do the work that they are assigned to do through a rule (not power) based legal system because all businesses are interested in is NPV >=0.

dude, you need to get your facts strait. blaming 3rd world countries is just as bad as blaming the west. but you have to realize that the rich elite that control these organizations ARE from the west. that is why everybody blames the west, especially the United States. they choose profits over peoples lives. you have 5 sons and twins on the way, if you couldn't feed them, would you blame 3rd world countries or the rich elite that control our very lives?

there is no money that the west "gives" away when talking about the WTO, IMF, or World Bank....It lends it and drives these counties into bottomless debt.

It doesn't actually say HOW the WTO is supposed to favour the First World. It just takes it as a matter of course. Explain how the WTO is helping the First World and harming the Third World if you can! :p
