Haha. I lived in on campus housing but it was set up more like an apartment. I live with 6 other girls and 2 of the rooms were doubles and the other 2 were singles. I was sharing a double and my roommate and I decided that we would go with the traditional leave a sock on the door tactic if we were going to have a guy over. Well, lets just say, I never had one and her boyfriend was over all the time and the sock was on the door so often that our suite-mates started to joke about it.

I've thrown up from drinking too much in a dorm bathroom. Personally, I've never gotten caught when it came to me or my friends being really drunk (or high) although that had to do with the lack of authority around. Ahhh, freshman year. Fun times. (: I mean, besides the throwing up.

I've heard a lot of people say not to bring a car, it'd be a waste of money if you live on campus or have an appt near by but I've also heard people say you should definitely bring a car if you have one. Your take on it?

Would you suggest bringing (or once you're there, buying) a bike at all? Because it seems like that would be a really good way to get around campus, especially if you're going to Penn State or some other big ass school like that. Do you ever see kids on bikes? I already have roommates that don't like me. No they haven't met me; they've only seen the paper saying I'm their roommate.
