  • if you have no tins or weights use heavy books!

  • Don't know why anybody is mocking this video, as it's a good upper body workout that puts together all of the standard exercises you'd be taught to do with hand weights in a gym. To really see benefits you'd have to work up to doing this with a significant weight and then play around with reps to give you a more personalised workout that you can aim to improve upon regularly. The workout certainly gives movements that will work on your muscles (with weights). Mix with band workouts to help arms

  • @NandoMasch, I totally agree with you !! I am not aiming at big muscles so I do this video just once using 15lbs, 8 lbs and 6 lbs dumbbells depending on the muscles worked and I get slim toned muscles just the way I like it. So it does work !

  • try doing this for 40 minutes with 10 lber weights. ull feel the biggest burn ever, ur muscles will grow slightly the next day so im sure ull see results.

  • I`m 16 and using aprox 11 pounds (5 kb) weights in each hand... and I tell you it`s hard, but my arms are gaining definition as we speak :)

    bodybuilding does not stunt your growth

    the only reason you see short bodybuilders is because they appear bigger, because they are shorter and have less to fill out. there are tall bodybuilders

  • actually cuz they start working out obviously when they are 15 or 16 and start doing squats which puts strain non your knees and wont let u grow as much
