To kill, mame, and torture, is completely acceptable to them, because, this is what they have been taught since they were babies.To live in peace and harmony would probably be very boring to them. Chaos and devastation probably feels more like home to them.

They have to fit a certain psychological profile and they are systematically de-sensitized to the point that they could even torture their own kin.
