  • I haven't played in about 6 months, but this video made me go out and buy a new guitar. This version sounds absolutely beautiful.

  • @risenwarrior2008 Well, MOTIVATED me to buy a new guitar lol.

  • I'm playing a 1997 Taylor 410ce, for those who asked...

  • @johnericsantiago it's standard tuning, I'm just capoing at the 2nd fret. It is a concert Bm though!

  • ow.. i saw something that your guitar tune is different its not standar right??....

  • Hey, do you think you could send me the strumming pattern and also the chord sheet with the lyrics. I am entering a contest with this song, and your tutorial is by far the best one out there. Thanks and God Bless!

  • WOW YOUR SO GOOD THANKS, TO GOD BE THE GLORY!

  • Thank you very much...it very nice :)

  • thankx!!!

    how understanding!!

  • DUDE thanks!!!

  • Thanks man, much appreciated and God bless :)

  • Great tutorial!!!!! Thanks for putting something out there that's a legitimate tutorial. I saw a couple so called tutorials for this song that scared me! Thanks again.

  • This explained a lot where I was getting hung up. Almost makes me glad I couldn't sleep tonight.

  • Just a minor addition to Drew's excellent tutorial... On the intro to the second verse (when electric guitar, bass, drums etc. come in) the chord pattern varies from the acoustic intro to the song... so... Am Gsus4 Fmaj7 C/G (2x). There is no G/B walk-down to the second Am and the progression goes back to the C/G instead of hanging on the Fmaj7. (These are all played Capo 2 as Drew explained in the video)

  • thank you!!!!!!! :) :)

  • Awesome!!

  • Thanks for making this video! It helped tremendously

  • Most legit video I've ever seen for this song!!! :D

  • Hey, great stuff! Most accurate way I've seen to the play the beginning.

You mention the C voicings and Desert Song - would you possibly make a similar video for that song? Would love it! You need to make more of these in general too.

  • you got mad skill

  • u can play this without a capo:

    Bm, A, G (with a F# on the high E string) D (F# on low E string) A (high A on E string with the pinky)

  • heyyy i have a question and i need to know it really bad

what are the chords for the bridge... the " to your heart..." part

i really cant finish this song without it hahah :D thanks

  • @dalealberto00 The chords for the bridge are D, G, Asus-if you play it capo 2, then the shapes are C, F, Gsus. I show those in the video towards the beginning.
