Just a minor addition to Drew's excellent tutorial... On the intro to the second verse (when electric guitar, bass, drums etc. come in) the chord pattern varies from the acoustic intro to the song... so... Am Gsus4 Fmaj7 C/G (2x). There is no G/B walk-down to the second Am and the progression goes back to the C/G instead of hanging on the Fmaj7. (These are all played Capo 2 as Drew explained in the video)
