Balance of power until 1913 and the 17th Amendment. When the balance of the Senate and Congress was removed.

Balance of the State and the Fed?? The States have the power over the Fed. How do you know this, read the Tenth Amendment (tenth Bill of rights) and each State has its own Constitution as a sovereign nation (United in only to protect and trade evenly with each other).

Rights are not between individuals and groups of people. All rights are individual
