I hope David officially end the fake marriage...I totally don't care about the "cheating"- it doesn't even bother me. David and Kathryn aren't real people who took real vows- this is an illusion created by a curse. David/James and Mary/Snow are the actual married couple here. As for David not leaving Kathryn immediately, the only reason he's with her at all is because of a powerful curse, which isn't yet entirely broken. If he had free will to just up and leave her, he would have weeks ago.
