@WeTheLibertyLovers accurate enough, with a properly tuned hop-up a good AEG can reach 200 feet no problem. If you want to know more about how to get the most accuracy out of airsoft guns then I suggest visiting Arnie's Airsoft Forum, the guys there really know their stuff and if you're civil they'll gladly help you with what you want to know.

Electric guns are the most common, the most user friendly, and the least realistic, with almost no felt recoil, little required maintainance and often utilizing vast magazine capacity (drum/box mags into the thousands). @TOASTproductionsTV hi-caps need winding because they hold BBs loose in a large reservoir. This is the defining characteristic of a hi-cap. Mid-caps do not need winding because the when they are loaded the spring is always compressed and ALL the BBs are ready and queued to be fed. The actual capacity doesn't matter, since magazines come in all sizes. If it needs any winding at all its a hi-cap.

@jesbu1 No, he's right. Ares guns are pretty crappy. I got their G36 and I know someone else who has the Ares PPsh. Both guns are quite a bit crappier than the average clone gun and neither of us like them. Everyone else I know who has owned an Ares has said similar things about theirs. Ares basically just makes guns that are good wall-hangers.
Ares are the only "high end" company I am aware of who sold guns with plastic gearboxes. Their SA80 range only recently had the shockingly weak plastic gearboxes replaced with normal metal ones.

I never expected anyone to dress up as French resistance (with civilian coat n hat) in an airsoft WWII skirmish, especially due to the unavailability of Airsoft versions of French Rifles (MAS 38 and MAS 36). Most WWII airsoft skirmishes I've seen and participate in, ppl dress up as american, germans, british, or soviet infantry. I personally like American GI style gear cuz the gears are easier to get (hard to find germans or british uniforms.)

If you want to know more about how to get the most accuracy out of airsoft guns then I suggest visiting Arnie's Airsoft Forum, the guys there really know their stuff and if you're civil they'll gladly help you with what you want to know.

KWA make a line of pistols they call 'PTPs' (Professional Training Pistols) that are designed to be used for training with RS firearms, and so are as realistic in feel and function as the can be. KWA also make GBBs intended for airsofting over training that include the USP .45, a classic style M1911A1, and a CZ75 (and more). All GBBs suffer from a cooldown effect, prolonged or rapid shooting causes a loss in power over the time shooting (say you emptied a 30 round magazine, your first shot may be 350 FPS cont...

They are both the least and most expensive: a basic BAR (bolt action rifle) can cost less than $100, but often a high quality rifle, upgraded to be used as a long range sniper rifle, with precision parts and optics can cost as much as $1000. Spring shotguns are often even cheaper, be far less realistic, usually only firing a single BB cont.

@TOASTproductionsTV hi-caps need winding because they hold BBs loose in a large reservoir. This is the defining characteristic of a hi-cap. Mid-caps do not need winding because the when they are loaded the spring is always compressed and ALL the BBs are ready and queued to be fed. The actual capacity doesn't matter, since magazines come in all sizes. If it needs any winding at all its a hi-cap.

@jesbu1 No, he's right. Ares guns are pretty crappy. I got their G36 and I know someone else who has the Ares PPsh. Both guns are quite a bit crappier than the average clone gun and neither of us like them. Everyone else I know who has owned an Ares has said similar things about theirs. Ares basically just makes guns that are good wall-hangers.
