Great performance. The use of speed, hips movement right timing makes this kata to look great and keep the principles of Karate-do.This young karate-ka is a good example to those who only train only to look pretty in a compettion. Case of Valdesi and company.

This guy is Shinji Nagaki, he is WKF -70kg kumite world champion in Mexico, and bronze medalist of WKF -70kg just few days ago held in Tokyo.
