You don't have to say "I think Im all that" to show it. In your friends case, I think they meant that the person is stuck up or a snob. I have friend who have friends that act that way, but I don't go out of my way to avoid them. Them being a snob has nothing to do with me, so why should I let them stop me from hanging out with my friends.
