Whenever I call someone, invariably one of us doesn't have video. Nothing wrong with either webcam - very annoying. Also I can't resize the video window - it's always the size of a postage stamp.

@jommy346 I'm not sure what you're asking. Skype is an ID not a number. So whatever username you chose is your ID. Does that help? You share that ID with others to Skype. :-)

@IrenaM6 Depends where your pictures are stored from your webcam. Mine are hard to find at times, but the easiest thing for me to do is to take another picture and when it asks to save, I look at the directory and make a mental note. ;-D If you need help, you can skype me or FB and I'll help you. :-D

@doly2000111 Check your settings. Make sure your computer has a mic or if you are using a headset, make sure you choose the correct program you want to run the mic. Remember to check your audio settings. If you need help, skype me, and remind me about your question and I'll try to walk you through it. Now if you have a mac, then it will be a lot more trickier because I don't know my way around a mac and skype. :-) Hope this helps! Corina
